Zanbard greets you and then disappears. You are now in a random encounter zone. Go right to the chest (1) to get a Glass of Nectar. Climb up the pegs and vines on the left (I've left a lot of Lucis on the map as direction) to the chest on a small platform (2) to get an Emerald Shield and Swamp Gauntlet. EQUIP the Shield, but it's up to you if you want to replace the Scarf with the Gauntlet. Now climb up the centre of the cliff to the cave door (3) and enter. To Page 13

Go over to the cave on the right (4) and enter. Ignore the chest next to the tree, you can't get it. To Page 14
(from the "Crocodile" cave)
Go up to the platform at the top-right (5) and exit to the top half of these cliffs. To page 15

Go down to the cave (6) and enter. To Page 16
