Go all the way to the top right and click on the gem (1) to get Cryzalis. You can speak to the fairy, but she doesn't have much to say. Go down to the bottom right (2) to pick up some Red Mushrooms. You only need one of these, but pick six for a laugh. Now go all the way around to the bottom left and click on a rock pillar (3) to get Shark. Finally go over to a dragon-like thing at (4). However, before you enter this odd little area, Nash says he has to leave you, as the place is sacred. Go up and speak to the dragon, who will move aside after some dialogue. Go through the door.
