Go over to the left and click on the crack in the floor (1) to get Talysma Roots. Give this to Sarah now. Go down and click on the wall at (2) to get Azura.
Go up to the Old Elven Woman (3) and click on her. After a short dialogue, you'll go into battle with Minor Razcadiior, Colossus of Xen, and Elf of Sarania-Thund x 2. Since it's a long-ish battle, I had Sarah cast Attack Up and Defence Up on both, then Nymph's Para (which also has a good chance of sending the Colossus to sleep); Nash cast Heavy Slash on each elf, then on Minor Razcadiior, then lastly the Colossus. It's important to go through them, one by one. Sarah may have to cast Wave.
After the battle, the Old Elven Woman congratulates you and goes away. Exit at (4). Page down
Go left and click on the gem (5) to get Mithril. Go up to the top right and exit through the hole (6). To Page 10
